Return and Refund Policy

At Theomora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

We offer a 30-day window after delivery to request a return or order review.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase

⚠️ Important (Dropshipping)

Because we work with international suppliers, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, in most cases it is not necessary to physically return the product in order to process a refund or resolution.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Products

🔄 Exchanges & Replacements

The fastest way to resolve an issue is to request a product replacement. If that is not possible, a refund may be issued.

💳 Refunds

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to reflect.

🚫 Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after shipment
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
